The purchase of (1) subscription guarantees the holder (4) tickets to be used flexibly throughout the season. You can redeem your tickets online or by contacting our office at email@example.com or (832) 767-4991.
On desktop: “Login” is in the top right corner of page.
On mobile: “Login” is in the drop-down menu in the top left corner of page.
Click “Use Normal Login” to access your account with an email and password or click “Use Login ID” to access your account with your unique Custom ID.
Use Normal Login: For your first time to login, enter the email address you used to purchase the subscription, and then select “Forgot Password.” You will receive an email with further instructions.
Use Login ID: Contact our office if you do not know your Login ID.
Once you are successfully logged into your account, you may select your performance dates and seats. Click “See this event” to choose a play.
Select an available performance date from the calendar.
Click “Select seats from map.”
Choose your seats. Only Premium Subscribers are eligible for Premium seats. All other Standard Subscribers (Adult, Senior, Under-25) are eligible for Standard seats. (Standard subscribers may upgrade to a Premium seat for a fee.)
Click “Add tickets to cart.”
Click “Checkout.” (Or click “Browse for other shows” and repeat steps 4-8 for other plays.)
Choose your delivery method.
Confirm your contact information is correct and then click “Continue.”
Review your order. If you applied your subscriber credits towards all the tickets in your order, then the balance due should be $0.
If the balance due is not $0, then you either selected Premium seats as a Standard subscriber or you selected more tickets than you have subscriber credits available to redeem.
